Life Coaching takes on many forms and methods. At Soul Psychology we have been developing Life Coaching systems along side our normal guidance practice, which tends to be taken over a longer period and sometimes for people with very "deep" and destructive patterns. Life Coaching for us is a more short term process that helps people get over particular difficulties and challenges.
Of course like all our work it incorporates the individuals spiritual perspectives and for many helps to bring "meaning" into their lives.
Over the years we have worked with company executives, educators, actors, artists, musicians, all of whom are trying to balance the demands of a hectic creative and business life with a meaningful family and social life. Above all, Life Coaching helps to bring more joy and fun into peoples lives.
A professional life coach helps people through dramatic changes and transitions in their lives. Life Coaching helps to remove obstacles so that dreams and goals can become a reality.
Your Life Coach will help you see what is really important in your life. He or she will help you make a staged plan to reach your goals. He will help you get over the obstacles that stop you getting there.
Above all your Life Coach becomes a partner in achieving your Heart's Desire and at the end of the process will celebrate success with you.
Life Coaching On-Line
We appreciate that time and distance makes it difficult for many people to travel to us. We have developed a process where we can be present and available to people "On-Line" using a blend of email, skype and telephone systems.
To start the process, we ask you to complete a questionnaire and to tell us about your life, hopes, dreams, challenges and most of all what makes your heart sing. This is followed up with email and one-to-one telephone or video conferencing sessions and the creation of a journal with your guide. You will be given exercises that can be downloaded in a variety of audio formats and contact can be made with your guide as often as you need or want.
Your guide will often record guidance for you (as well as sending it in written form) so that you can play it back as many times as you like, when you like. You will also be given suggested reading materials
In this way we can preserved the intimacy and empathy of normal guiding sessions, whilst making these possibilities available to anyone, anywhere in the world.
