From Fear to Freedom
“We Have Nothing to Fear Except Fear Itself!”
Fear is a poison and many of us have learnt to poison ourselves continually.
Sometimes our deepest fears are hidden and disguised as virtues
On this course we learn how to identify our fears and look at the positive and negative aspects of them. We learn that fear out of control becomes phobia.
We will learn how to transform the negative energy associated with our fears to create freedom and new energy that will fuel the blossoming of our potential and spiritual development.
Fear has been described as False Evidence Appearing Real!
Fear will show its ugly face and make us believe what is unbelievable and make you see a false Reality.
On the course we will check out the reality of our fears and not only get tools to transform them, but also discover which fears are really ours and which we have inherited or been given by other people. We will learn how to give them back and to make ourselves Free.
We will also see that the easiest and most powerful route to transformation is through the development of kindness. We will look at the fear some people have of expressing kindness and how this differs across cultures. We will look at the resistances to being “Kind to Ourselves”
